BC4K Convoy

A spectacular sight of Brisbane’s Trucking community trying to make a difference

After much deliberation, the Brisbane Convoy for Kids Committee has been left with little option but to cancel the 2020 Convoy and Family Fun Day which was due to be held on 7th November 2020. This is due to the uncertainty of Covid-19 restrictions and the difficulties in having a Covid-19 Safe Plan approved.

The wellbeing of our volunteers, convoy participants and our many supporters must be our number one priority.

The Brisbane Convoy for Kids Committee would also like to acknowledge the many companies (both large and small) who sponsor us every year. We fully appreciate, the current Covid-19 economic climate is meaning our supporters are facing their own challenges, but yet they still wish to remain a part of “Convoy” and for this we extend our heartfelt thanks.

For those that have purchased our 2020 Pink Merchandise we will be retaining the Hot Pink colour for our 2021 event so hang on to it.

Cancelling this year’s event doesn’t mean we will be resting on our laurels though as we have a lot of exciting things still planned for this year, which should start appearing in the next few weeks. It also means the committee can get a head start on working towards a bigger and better 2021 event.
